We would like to show your photos and videos on Storm. Please read the terms below carefully before agreeing to submit content.
User Content License Agreement
Thank you for agreeing to let Storm ("we," "us," or "our") use your content (such as photos, videos, or other materials you share with us). Please read the terms below carefully:
1. License Grant
By replying to our request or submitting your content, you grant Storm and our affiliate stations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for use in our programming, websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
2. Not Sublicensable
We will not sublicense your content to any third parties.
3. Non-Transferable and Non-Exclusive
This license cannot be transferred or assigned to any other party. This license is non-exclusive, meaning you are free to license your content to other parties.
4. Credit
You will be credited on-screen (using the name, handle, or other information you provided) whenever and wherever your content is used.
5. Revocation
If you no longer wish to grant us rights to your content, you may revoke it at any time by emailing us at ugc@stormtv.net. Upon receipt, we will stop using your content as soon as is reasonably possible. Optionally, you may request that we remove your content from our website and social media channels. Please allow up to 72 hours for any removals to be completed.
6. Ownership
You retain all rights to your content. This license does not transfer ownership to Storm.
7. Eligibility
By submitting your content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the proper rights to grant us this license. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
